Childbirth One-Day Class, March

Childbirth classes are offered by the Maternal Child Health department of Day Kimball Hospital and have been developed by a team of nurses in consultation with area obstetricians and pediatricians. 

Prepare for the birth of your baby by learning what to expect, how to prepare, methods for coping with pain and more. A portion of the class will be devoted to exercises and breathing techniques with which coaches may assist. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to class.
