NECASA hosts this community forum about the growing problem of opiate abuse in Northeast Connecticut. Come listen, learn and share your thoughts about this community problem.
The forum will feature a panel discussion of the depth of the current problem in Northeast Connecticut as well as potential solutions. Panel members will include:
