Be A Quitter: Adult Smoking Cessation Classes

Fee: $20 per person
with $10 returned  upon successful attendance at both classes.

Smoking Cessation classes will include:
• Tips for dealing with triggers
• Looking at options for nicotine replacement
• Dealing with stress
