November 20 is the "Great American Smokeout" - are you ready? Take this opportunity to quit for good. We're here to help.

This smoking cessation program is a two-part series that includes two classes, one on November 4 and another on November 11.

DKH Respiratory Therapist AnnMarie DeMerchant and Wellness Educator Judith Hansen will help you to quit smoking by providing:

• Tips for dealing with smoking triggers
• Options for nicotine replacement
• Suggestions for dealing with stress

Cost is $20 per person. Payment is collected at first class, and $10 will be returned upon successful attendance of both classes.
