Fall Prevention and Screening Clinic

The community is invited to learn about fall prevention at this FREE clinic that includes a 45 minute educational presentation, blood pressure screening and balance screening. 

Recommendations for treatment may be made based on screening results and may include therapy, safety evaluation, medication review by DKH Pharmacist, and more. Screening participants must be willing to participate in a follow up phone survey in June, 2017.
