Flu & Pneumonia Immunization Clinic #15

Open to all adults, ages 18 and over. 

Cost is $45 for the flu vaccine, $60 for the pneumonia vaccine, or $70 for both flu and pneumonia vaccines together. This cost is covered under Medicare Part B and Blue Cross/Blue Shield; insurance card must be presented for verification. Those with other types of insurance must pay out of pocket, but may be eligible for reimbursement from their insurance company. Reimbursement request forms will be made available at each clinic. 

For cash payments, the exact amount is necessary. Checks will also be accepted. Community members are encouraged to wear short sleeves when coming to the flu clinics for ease in administering the immunizations.
