320 Pomfret Street | Putnam Open to cardiopulmonary rehab patients and the general public.
Free heart disease education classes are held every Wednesday in the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Center from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The classes help build awareness and understanding of heart disease, and help prevent future cardiac events through lifestyle modification.
The classes are held on a drop-in basis; no pre-registration is necessary. For more information, contact the Cardiac Rehab Center at (860) 963-6315.
