Day Kimball Hospital
The staff of Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Connecticut invites you to a special ceremony at Day Kimball Hospital's Memorial Rainbow Garden (located just to the right of the Hospital's main entrance, Entrance A, on the hill).
A flower has been donated in memory of each hospice patient that died in the last year. Please join us to support our hospice families. Light refreshments will be served following the ceremony on the patio adjacent to the hospital's Hospitality Cafe (near the visitor's entrance, Entrance D).
In the event of rain, we will hold the ceremony in Fields Conference Rooms 1, 2 and 3 inside the hospital.
