Keep NECT Healthy
The cuts proposed in Governor Malloy’s fiscal 2014-2015 budget will force Day Kimball Healthcare to limit access to services — for Medicaid patients in particular. They will stall our efforts to build an integrated medical services network centered around primary care doctors who deliver coordinated care in convenient locations throughout our region. They will hurt our ability to recruit new physicians who would increase access to care. And they will likely mean a reduction in our workforce. We cannot allow this to happen.
We need your help to gain Hartford’s attention. Please contact the legislators who serve Northeast Connecticut and share your concerns that this budget cannot be approved in its current form.
