No pre-registration required.

If you haven’t gotten your flu vaccine yet this season, it’s not too late. This clinic is open to the public and the cost is covered by Medicare Part B, Blue Cross/Blue Shield (all states), Connecticare and Aetna. All others pay $40 for flu vaccine, $60 for pneumonia vaccine, or $70 for both.

Please bring insurance card for verification. If your insurance is not listed, you may be able to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company after paying out of pocket (forms will be available). If paying cash, please bring exact amount. Checks may be made payable to Day Kimball Healthcare.
