Find out the top seven risk factors for falling, plus get a personalized list of your own fall risk factors as well as recommendations to decrease your risk. All participants will also be entered into a drawing for a raffle prize.
Program is free, and registration is required. Participants must be willing to participate in a follow up phone survey later this year. For more information and to register, call (860) 376-2604.
