Falls Risk Screening Clinic

Free blood pressure screening and balance screening to help senior citizens prevent falls. 

Based on your assessment, recommendations for treatment may be made and may include therapy, safety evaluation, medication review by a DKH pharmacist and more. Clinic can accommodate up to 15 participants. Screening participants must be willing to give information on fall history within previous 6 months and participate in a follow-up hone call in May, 2018.
