The Family Advocacy Center houses all of Day Kimball Healthcare's Family Advocacy Programs. These programs work to support and strengthen families in the communities we serve. Programs and services include Healthy Start and HUSKY insurance programs, WIC (nutrition assistance for Women, Infants and Children), Nurturing Families Network (parenting workshops and support for those raising children from birth through elementary school), and Wendy's Place, a multidisciplinary partnership of professionals working together to investigate allegations of child abuse, and to provide coordination of services for children and families.
