January 29, 2014
PUTNAM, CONN. – Anthony Osborn, RN, has been named employee of the year for 2013 at Day Kimball Healthcare (DKH). He is a diagnostic imaging registered nurse at Day Kimball Hospital, which is part of the DKH integrated medical system.

Osborn’s selection was announced at Day Kimball’s annual corporators’ meeting on January 9, 2014. Co-workers recognized Osborn’s achievement at an employee event held on January 23, 2014.

“Anthony is a team player who works hard to make sure the diagnostic imaging department provides quality care to all our patients requiring invasive procedures. His knowledge, skills, experience and education make him an excellent nurse,” said Sandra Dean, DKH director of diagnostic imaging. “We are very fortunate to have him as part of our team.”

“I come to work every day to do my job, and do it well, like everyone else here. I was surprised to be selected employee of the month in May. I never imagined that I’d be selected number one,” said Osborn at the employee event.
