Day Kimball Healthcare Offices in Plainfield Move to New Lathrop Road Building

PUTNAM, CONN – Day Kimball Healthcare’s Plainfield Adult Primary Care, Blood Draw Services and Diagnostic Imaging Services offices are moving from 31 Dow Road to 12 Lathrop Road, which is directly behind the Dow Road facility.

The Adult Primary Care office consisting of Doctors Sherry Kroll, Leilani Nixon and Richard Wilcon moved on January 4-5, 2011. Patients having an appointment after January 5, 2011 should go to the new location. The new phone number for this office is (860) 457-9191 and the new fax is (860) 457-9192.

Blood draw services are also moving to 12 Lathrop Road Building in January. Services will be offered in the Dow Road building until January 8, 2011. On January 10, 2011, blood draw services will only be offered in the Lathrop Road building. The new phone number is (860) 457-9166 and new fax number is (860) 457-9165.

Diagnostic imaging services, which consists of x-ray and mammography, will be closed while moving January 3 - 10, 2011. The office will reopen at 12 Lathrop Road on January 11, 2011. Patients may call central scheduling at (860) 963-6320 for appointments.
