Help for Hurting Hands (and wrists, arms, elbows and shoulders too!)

If your hands are hurting because of an injury or health condition, there are ways to lessen the pain and disability - and sometimes even to eliminate it altogether. Hand therapy can be very beneficial for injuries and conditions affecting not only the hands, but the wrists, arms, elbows and shoulders as well. If you think hand therapy could help you, talk with your doctor about a referral to see an occupational therapist.
